Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates at SSS Physiotherapy differs from standard Pilates, as it is ‘patient-specific’. We design our classes around your individual goals and physical needs, to ensure you are moving in a way that is BEST FOR YOU!
A personalised class means that we are able to support and correctly rehabilitate your injuries and prevent aggravating them down the track. We’ll then focus on making you stronger and improving your mobility.
We use reformer beds, trapeze tables, bodhi ropes, the Wunda chair and multiple pieces of small equipment to keep you supported and challenged.

FAQs
Do I need a referral?
No, but we do encourage an initial assessment before you start a regular class. This allows us to discuss your injuries – past or present – and your fitness goals. Then we can design a class that is specific to your individual needs, right from the very start.
What do I wear?
Comfort is key! Wear clothing that won’t restrict your movements too much; ie: tights, a singlet/t-shirt.
Socks are required for hygiene purposes and we sell ‘slip proof grip socks’ at our clinic.
Can I claim?
This will depend on your instructor and your selected private health provider. Chat with our office staff when booking to find out more.
